Student Graduation 2024

On February 3rd, the annual graduation ceremony took place at the PAD centre. This is always a time of great excitement and much preparation. This was the sixth graduation for young mothers that PAD has organised. They have completed a two-year sewing and tailoring course at PAD to prepare them to start working in their communities to support themselves and their children. Local dignatories were invited and each young graduate was presented with a certificate, her own sewing machine and a start up kit. For most it was the first time they have achieved such recognition and success.
